Just a general comment on Windmills.
I know they can be a little bit noisy depending on the design.
But the way people/government react to them, you would think you were installing a personal nuclear reactor in your backyard.
A little Noise vs pollution. I take little noise.
If I could afford it, I'd definitely have one in my backyard.
